Information collected
The ADU property form collects the answers you provide, including property location, project goals, financing plan, contractor plan, name, email address and phone number. Campaign source information may also be recorded when you arrive from an ad.
How it is used
Forma uses the information to review your project, respond to your inquiry, recommend a plan or service path and measure the performance of its marketing.
Optional project support
Your contact details may be shared with a financing provider, Supreme Pro Builders or CV Pure Water only when you check the separate box for that service. Each option is voluntary. Leaving any box unchecked does not affect your Forma inquiry.
Contact choices
When you submit the form, you agree that Forma may contact you about the project by phone, text or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask Forma to stop future marketing communications at any time.
Service providers
Forma may use website hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising providers to operate the form and understand campaign performance. Those providers process information for those business purposes.
